bdabee operates an online casino and sports betting platform designed exclusively for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible to eligible players 21 years of age or older. These Terms apply to all aspects of the platform including casino games, sports betting markets, bonus promotions, payment transactions, and customer support interactions.

To register and maintain an active account with bdabee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bdabee. The creation of duplicate accounts, whether by the same individual or by multiple individuals sharing a device or payment method, is strictly prohibited. bdabee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon discovery.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information you provide — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdabee account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

You must notify bdabee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bdabee shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to notification, where such unauthorised access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

bdabee employs SSL encryption, optional SMS two-factor authentication, and automatic session lockout on repeated failed login attempts to protect your account. However, the security of your device and internet connection remains your responsibility.

All financial transactions on bdabee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdabee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers to and from BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank are available to fully verified accounts.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification tier and selected payment method. bdabee reserves the right to adjust deposit and withdrawal limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 1–4 hours, subject to system availability.
• Bank transfer: 1–3 business days following KYC approval.

bdabee does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdabee accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification checks before processing. bdabee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any verification request. Funds deposited via a specific payment method must, where technically possible, be withdrawn back to the same method.

bdabee does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the transaction may be flagged for further review.

bdabee offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.

bdabee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform as early as reasonably possible.

Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• The outcome of the event was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• There is credible evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other manipulation of the relevant event.

The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on bdabee is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.

bdabee is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and the prevention of fraudulent activity. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon registration or at any point thereafter at bdabee's discretion.
• Before processing your first withdrawal request.
• When your cumulative deposit total reaches a specified threshold.
• Where bdabee has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

Acceptable identity documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Proof of address may be required in the form of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement issued within the previous three months.

Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of your account and the temporary withholding of any pending withdrawal. bdabee will not process withdrawals to any account that has not completed the applicable verification requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdabee and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical glitch, or pricing error for financial gain.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed by bdabee.
• Using any form of software automation, including bots or scripts, to place bets or play games.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of the bdabee platform.

bdabee is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming tools free of charge, directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six months.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdabee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

bdabee's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdabee does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. bdabee will use reasonable endeavours to minimise service disruption and to notify players of planned maintenance in advance.

bdabee accepts no responsibility for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party game software supplied by external studio partners. Any technical faults or malfunctions within third-party games must be reported to bdabee support; resolution timelines are subject to the relevant studio's response.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by bdabee is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

bdabee will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners solely for the purposes of operating the platform securely and in compliance with applicable obligations.

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fair dealing and good faith. Any dispute arising from your use of bdabee that cannot be resolved through bdabee's internal complaints process should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute". bdabee will acknowledge all formal disputes within 5 business days and aim to resolve them within 28 business days.

bdabee's internal complaints process is the first point of resolution for all disputes. Players are encouraged to contact the support team before escalating any matter. A detailed record of all support interactions is maintained and may be used as evidence during a dispute review.

bdabee reserves the right to make a final binding determination on any dispute regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, or account activity where the supporting records — including server logs, game history data, and transaction records — are unambiguous.

bdabee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. You may close your bdabee account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure of your account, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

bdabee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to retain any associated balance, where there is credible evidence of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct. bdabee will provide reasonable notice of account closure except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm or loss.
